Role overview
In this role you’ll guide clients on best practices in emissions calculations and climate reporting while driving successful adoption of our SaaS platform. Combining analysis and strategic consulting with a tech-forward mindset, you’ll deliver actionable advice for emissions reductions, fostering trust and sustainable, long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Consult & advise: Analyse client data, create decarbonisation strategies, and ensure compliance with GHG/CSRD guidelines.
- Customer success: Own the client relationship, deliver trainings, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Product development & collaboration: Work with product and tech teams to refine calculations, analytics and reporting features.
- Thought leadership: Stay current on sustainability trends, share insights, and help shape our offerings.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in climate consulting, sustainability, or related fields.
- BSc in Environmental Studies or Industrial Engineering.
- Expertise in GHG Protocol, CSRD (ESRS E1), and Science Based Targets. Familiarity with LCA, DMA, or similar climate-related methodologies/products is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Excel.
- Skilled in project management and business development.
- Excellent written/verbal Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Especially comfortable working with cross-functional teams and leading client conversations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
